Thur 6 Sept Fri 7 Sept Vietnamese Yellow Curry (chicken or veg)
Lan Kwai Fong is a vibrant yellow fragrant curry from southern Vietnam. Flavours of lemongrass, cloves, turmeric cinnamon combine with the warmth of curry powder.
Thur 1 Nov Fri 2 Nov Rendang Curry (beef or veg)
Spicy, rich and creamy Indonesian slow cooked beef curry. Super fragrant with star anise, cardamom and toasted coconut.
Thur 8 Nov Fri 9 Nov Kofta Curry (lamb or veg)
From the Kasmiri region, this curry has fresh yet warming with cinnamon and its a fiery red from Kashmiri red chilli, but it is not too spicy
Thur 22 Nov Fri 23 Nov Tamarind Curry (chicken or veg)
This curry from Sri Lanka has a slightly sweet and tangy flavour from the tamarind and tomato along with an Indian influence of curry leaves.
Thur 29 Nov Fri 30 Nov Jungle Curry (chicken or veg)
This is a famous dish from Chiang Mai city and is usually the hottest (but we have pared it back slightly) as it doesn’t contain coconut milk but lots of fresh herbs and crisp vegetables instead.
Thur 6 Dec Fri 7 Dec Chermoula Tagine (fish or veg)
A light Tagine but full of flavour with bags of harissa and preserved lemons and fresh tomato with tilapia fish or vegetables.
Thur 13 Dec Fri 14 Dec Massaman Curry (beef or veg)
To end the year our famous slow cooked beef Massaman curry. Full of warmth and flavour and fragrance.
